Requirements

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to remain focused and prioritize tasks during peak demand periods with multiple requests from associates, drivers, and managers
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic mathematical calculations and accurately recording data.
Bilingual skills are beneficial.
Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Frequent lifting, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, and kneeling
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Comfortable working in cold, damp environments for long durations
Physically capable of moving ladders and safely climbing them to count product inventory and record code dates

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Adjust orders in the system as needed
Create new tickets consolidating all adjustments
Key all Inventory Release Orders
Review open orders daily at 5:30 PM for date issues or unreleased load sheets
Run daily cut reports and distribute to the appropriate team for the prior warehouse date
Prepare cut sheets and fax to branches to communicate expectations
Coordinate with Yard Driver on available trailers for specific destinations; record details on trailer manifest
Separate load sheets and distribute to Cooler Workers in refrigerated warehouse and Case Room for order selection and shipment preparation
Notify Transport Manager, Distribution Manager, and branches of any delayed shipments, schedule changes, or major product cuts impacting delivery schedules
Supports team and organizational goals through additional duties as required
