Provides information as needed to Service Center staff and management. Requires good organizational and communication skills as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Hearing/Speaking: Effective communication with associates, supervisors/managers, and customers as required
  • Bending/Stooping: Occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of time)
  • Climbing: Not Present
  • Lifting: Occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of time)
  • Lifting Weight: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs independently and greater than 30 lbs with assistance
  • Pushing/Pulling: Occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of time)
  • Sitting: Frequently (activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of time)

Responsibilities

  • Receive parts ordered from vendors into Service Management Software System
  • Manage part and merchandise returns to vendors
  • Conduct physical inventories of parts and merchandise
  • Maintain files of invoices and shipment tracking documents
  • Communicate repair status and answer questions from customers
  • Other tasks as directed by management
