Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A strong background in customer service with excellent communications skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be dependable and be willing to perform other work duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provides frontline customer service (in-person, phone and email) through daily interactions with students, faculty, staff and guests.
• Provides general clerical support for the daily operation of the satellite center including answering the phones and responding to other inquiries including walk-ins and emails.
• Assists students, the public and guests with inquiries related to academic programs, advising and student services offered at the satellite center.
• Provides general computer related troubleshooting assisting faculty with classroom set-up and other issues (i.e. media equipment, classroom requests and technology).
• Performs other clerical duties including generating reports, inventory of supplies, processing and updating documents.
• Assists professional staff with processing enrollment data and creating reports.
• Ability to adjust work schedule at times depending on the needs of the facility.
• Opens and closes the satellite facility and maintains a secure environment.
