Essential Functions Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, personal computers. Prepares for mailing insurance and patient refunds and paperwork by utilizing multiple resources, including on-site equipment and the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains supplies needed for onsite office operations. Manages Returned Mail. Indexes inbound and outbound correspondence for the department.
