• Maintain and organize shipping documents, invoices, customs paperwork, and other records required for efficient freight forwarding operations.
• Accurately input shipment details, customer information, and other relevant data into the company's system. Ensure that all systems are up to date for seamless operations.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns from customers, escalating to senior staff if necessary. Provide solutions to delays, discrepancies, or other service-related issues.
• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure that customer needs are met and all shipments are processed on time and according to regulations.
• Ensure follow-up on all outstanding shipments and customer inquiries to provide proactive updates and keep customers informed.
