Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in related field required
• One year college/business school

Responsibilities

• Will enter data
• Answer phone calls
• Process LIHEAP applications
• Copy documents
• Provide customer service
• Assist with the orderly line formation of those applying in person.
