About The Position

Purpose and Scope of Position: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be assisting in many different administrative tasks. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Prior office experience in a clerical position
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to pay attention to details.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and directing them appropriately with proper communication
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suit.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for staff.
  • Support in additional administrative and HR responsibilities.
  • Provide customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs.
