In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, counting, and disbursing money, as well as completing banking transactions. You will also need to compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions. Operating office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers is a key part of the job, along with computing, recording, and proofreading data and other information. Additionally, you will maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. The position requires you to open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. You will also be responsible for reviewing files and records to obtain information needed to respond to requests, while ensuring compliance with all safety and project rules.
