As an unarmed patrol officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role involves driving responsibilities, allowing you to cover various areas while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license with Class B and Passenger Endorsement is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for personnel and assets in an aerospace and defense location.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or potential threats encountered during patrols.
Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or any security-related occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Assist authorized visitors and personnel with access control procedures, verifying credentials as necessary.
Collaborate with on-site staff and law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
