About The Position
Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high-security facilities, is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean, safe and orderly facilities for our clients througout Northern Virginia. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Reesposibilities: Clean buildings and perform routine maintenance including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors. Gather and dispose of trash. Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies. Dust furniture and clean windows. Mix cleaning solutions and follow health and safety protocols. Polish furniture, shampoo carpets and monitor supply inventory. Notify management of necessary repairs. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Qualifications: An active Top Secret Security Clearance or Higher - REQUIRED Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and safety procedures. Ability to stand, bend and lift heavy objects while operating cleaning equipment safely. Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
