About The Position

New Age Protection, Inc. is seeking professional Access Control personnel to support a secure facility environment. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance . Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating security systems while maintaining accurate logs and reports. Schedule Monday–Friday, 0700-1500 Sunday–Thursday, 2300-0700

Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance (required).
Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) .
Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; bend/stoop; climb stairs; occasional running as required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs .
Must be able to respond appropriately to situations requiring self-defense or defense of others.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access into and from the facility by verifying identification and following established procedures.
Operate security systems and equipment including IDS, ACS, CCTV , visitor screening equipment, and other security/communications tools.
Maintain accurate documentation including visitor logs, daily logs, incident reports, and databases as directed.
Conduct routine interior checks (suites, corridors, telecom closets, conference rooms, warehouse).
Conduct routine exterior checks (fence line, motor pool, loading dock, exterior doors).
Escort uncleared emergency responders and CNIC personnel entering the facility.
Prepare lobby areas in support of conferences held in the building.
Raise/lower the American flag (including half-mast) per authorized direction/notification.
Perform other duties as assigned.
