About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time CLEANROOM TECHNICIAN position located at Dallas Methodist SPS - 1441 North Berkley Avenue, Dallas, TX 75203. Online applications are accepted only. The full-time schedule is 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with days that may vary; further details will be provided upon interview. The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00 per hour. The Cleanroom Technician maintains a sterile environment in the clean room by garbing, cleaning the room, and adhering to clean room procedures that align with the facility's practices or guidelines.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedure Documents (SOPs)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior cleaning experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years housekeeping or cleaning service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Practices efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions preparation, equipment and tool operation.
  • Performs all decontamination cleaning and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor with high level of consistency, accuracy and reliability. This also includes executing cleanroom cleaning SOP’s.
  • Maintains documentation on all activities and frequent (often daily) quality control testing and verifies the efficiency of the work performed.
  • Monitor and maintain the stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials when applicable.
  • Monitor and manage contamination sources within the cleanroom environment including materials and personnel.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
