About The Position

Position Summary: In this role, you will serve as a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician producing high-quality products for our customers. Shift: A Shift: Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:55 am to 7:10pm. Role and Responsibilities: Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment. Load and unload wafer production machines (microchips). Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed. Perform quality inspections on finished products. Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, Empowerment and Growth Mindset. Ensure proper gowning procedures and safety standards are being followed at all times in the area. Maintain and communicate in a positive attitude. Be punctual to ensure crisp pass downs between shifts. The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• The willingness and desire to learn and grow.
• High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Effective organizational and planning skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous semiconductor industry or manufacturing experience always a plus.
