About The Position

The Clean Room Technician is responsible for performing manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and maintenance tasks within a controlled clean room environment. This role ensures that products are handled, processed, and assembled in compliance with strict cleanliness and contamination control standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a clean room, laboratory, or controlled manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of contamination control practices and clean room procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in electronics, medical device, aerospace, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 14644 clean room standards.
• Experience with assembly or inspection of precision components.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, inspection, and testing of components or products in a clean room environment.
• Follow proper gowning, sanitization, and contamination control procedures.
• Handle materials and products to prevent contamination and maintain product integrity.
• Inspect components for defects, cleanliness, and compliance with specifications.
• Document inspection results and report deviations to supervisors.
• Support process validation and quality control protocols.
• Clean and maintain clean room equipment, workstations, and tools according to established procedures.
• Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and particulate levels.
• Perform routine cleaning and sterilization of tools, equipment, and surfaces.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inspections, and clean room activities.
• Follow SOPs, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other regulatory guidelines.
• Report any issues or deviations to management immediately.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow all clean room safety protocols.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements related to clean room operations.
