We are hiring immediately for full time CLEANROOM TECHNICIAN positions at Fresh and Ready Foods located at 1145 Arroyo Avenue, San Fernando, CA 91340. The schedule is full time, with days and hours that may vary, including weekends. More details will be provided during the interview. The position involves maintaining a sterile environment in the clean room by garbing, cleaning the room, and adhering to clean room procedures that align with the facility's practices or guidelines.

  • Practices efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions preparation, equipment and tool operation.
  • Performs all decontamination cleaning and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor with high level of consistency, accuracy and reliability.
  • Executes cleanroom cleaning SOP's.
  • Maintains documentation on all activities and frequent (often daily) quality control testing and verifies the efficiency of the work performed.
  • Monitors and maintains the stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials when applicable.
  • Monitors and manages contamination sources within the cleanroom environment including materials and personnel.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years housekeeping or cleaning service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedure Documents (SOPs).
