About The Position

The Cleanroom Assembly Technician position involves assembling, cleaning, and packaging various Single-Use assemblies in a cleanroom environment. The role requires adherence to engineering process records, standard operating procedures, and cleanroom protocols to maintain compliance with ISO Class 7 standards and cGMP regulations. Technicians will work in a team-oriented environment and are expected to complete tasks efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment and assembling products/devices using small tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to be trained on and adhere to all cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, clean, and package various Single-Use assemblies per Engineering Process Records (EPR), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report all near miss and first aid events.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and cGMPs to maintain ISO Class 7 environment.
• Participate in ISO 9001:2015 quality standards guidelines in all manufacturing areas.
• Complete and sign-off EPRs for each operation completed during assembly.
• Complete assemblies within the allotted time stated on the work order.
