Help us make a lasting impact on the world through our innovative technologies. Centrillion is seeking a Cleanroom Operator to join a multidisciplinary research team developing new technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and packaging all equipment, tools, and devices used in clean rooms.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some work experience in manufacturing environment, ideally in a cleanroom setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of clean room procedures preferred but not required.
- Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, sterility, and aseptic technique.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Sitting, standing, and working in a clean room environment for prolonged periods of time – up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to frequently lift 10 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the clean room (materials, resources, prescriptions, etc.) with the aim of eliminating any errors and to work according to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room, by garbing, cleaning the room, and behaving according to clean room procedures
- Inspect and track parts and processes during production.
- Ensure the quality of final product.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
- Report defective material or questionable condition to the department supervisor.
- Contribute and adhere to safety and quality.
- Communicate status of operation in a timely manner to management including any safety and/or process problems.
