Cleanroom Operator
About The Position
As a Cleanroom Operator, you will perform tasks to ensure OLED material is being produced in a safe manner and at very high quality at our production facility. You will work within a cleanroom environment to process (OLED) Organic Light Emitting Diode materials and products. You will operate vacuum equipment, handling raw and finished good materials, and any associated equipment. This is a hands-on manufacturing role and will report to the Production Supervisor who leads the team. You'll work onsite at the facility in Monroeville, Pennsylvania where we produce high quality Organic Light Emitting Diode products for worldwide distribution. Hours for this position are 8am-4pm M-F, 6am-2pm/10am-6pm M-F (Occasionally)nad weekends if needed on occasional basis #LI-Onsite
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Maintain a clean work area
- Lift requirements up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Maintain high levels of efficiency and quality
Nice To Haves
- A.S. or B.S. degree in the science or manufacturing field is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Follow (SOP) Standard operating procedures and (BOI) Batch Operating Instructions
- Follow all safety procedures
- Operate and monitor vacuum equipment
- Perform visual quality inspections
- Package finished goods and support shipments to the customer
- Report processing problems to supervisor
- Support R&D experiments and report findings to R&D engineers
- Keep a clean and organized work environment
- Help other operators
