About The Position

Requirements

  • Have two to five years of maintenance experience, including troubleshooting machinery.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in one or more technical fields: electronics, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Showcase a detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Able to understand and read electrical schematics.
  • Experience troubleshooting machinery using volt or amp meters and other standard hand tools.
  • Familiarity with packaging machinery such as heat sealers and form-fill packaging machines.
  • Minimum one year of experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and sanitizing clean room surfaces, equipment, and utilities according to established protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, equipment, or systems, identifying root causes of malfunctions or breakdowns.
  • Follow preventive maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing of machinery and reduce unexpected downtime.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in logs or digital systems for compliance and analysis.
  • Inspect clean room facilities regularly to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and maintain operational efficiency.
