Starting Wage: $28.44 5th Shift – 5:00PM - 5:00AM - Andover, Massachusetts. This is an onsite role. Must be able to successfully pass a technical interview

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Five (5) years of experience within the past 10 years in repairing and performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment such as chillers, mechanical pumps, gas delivery systems, photo alignment systems, wet benches and pick place systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing functions such as mechanical, electronic, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems through training or applicable experience.
  • Experience with functional understanding of electromechanical schematics

Responsibilities

  • Performs repairs, uniformity checks lamp changes and preventive maintenance on Suss Alignment systems.
  • Works from sketches, manufacturers handbooks, specifications and verbal instructions.
  • Rebuilds, overhauls mechanical pumps as directed.
  • Repairs wet hoods and provides general maintenance procedures as directed.
  • Assist other responsible disciplines in mechanical assembly and disassembly as directed.
  • Maintains and repairs ultrasonic cleaning baths, completes checks for water quality and proper operating levels.
  • Repairs and replenishes system chemical canisters and associated chemical distribution lines.
  • Performs timely routine and periodic system checks of equipment.
  • Performs daily Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) checks.
  • Performs general maintenance and housekeeping of workplace, tools and equipment.
  • Maintains records, moves materials and follows safety rules in performance of duties.
  • Works in conjunction with engineering to provide vendor support.
  • Performs other similar duties as required or directed.
