About The Position

We are seeking detail-oriented Cleanroom Cleaners to maintain controlled environments to strict cleanliness and contamination control standards. This role is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting cleanroom spaces while following precise procedures, gowning protocols, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate is reliable, highly attentive to detail, and able to follow structured processes with consistency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent preferred.
  • Prior professional janitorial or cleaning experience.
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning and disinfecting cleanroom areas while following strict protocols and procedures.
  • Follow proper gowning procedures, including use of PPE and cleanroom attire.
  • Clean floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, and work surfaces in controlled environments.
  • Use approved cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with with site standards.
  • Adhere to contamination control practices to maintain cleanroom integrity.
  • Complete assigned tasks within required timeframes and quality standards.
  • Maintain janitorial closets and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Follow all safety procedures and site-specific compliance requirements.
  • Report any issues, deficiencies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
