Primary Responsibilities Restoration & Project Support Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project; maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup Perform restoration processes as directed Pack out and process customer contents (furniture, clothing, documentation, etc.) Track customer contents using ICAT systems Communicate with supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites orderly Maintain an organized warehouse space; clean and maintain warehouse, office, and grounds as assigned Develop expertise in restoration services, cleaning products, and equipment Other duties as assigned Customer Support & Communication Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, teammates, and customers Support a positive customer experience by delivering quality work consistently Requirements Experience & Skill Set Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred Strong work ethic and oral communication skills Custodial or housekeeping experience preferred Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law) Education & Credentials High school diploma or GED preferred IICRC certifications preferred Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects Ability to work with or around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Paid training Career progression opportunities Personal and professional development And more! Requirements

Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred
Strong work ethic and oral communication skills
Custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)
High school diploma or GED preferred
IICRC certifications preferred
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance
