About The Position
Long-Term CLEANING TECHNICIANS NEEDED - HAVELOCK NC (JOB STARTING MID - MARCH) Job Description: Removal of construction debris, trash, and discarded materials Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of floors Dust removal from walls, ceilings, vents, ledges, and fixtures Cleaning of windows, glass, and frames (interior and accessible exterior) Cleaning of doors, door frames, and hardware Restroom cleaning and sanitization (if applicable) Removal of labels, stickers, tape, and protective coverings Cleaning of parking garage surfaces, including stairwells, ramps, and common areas Final detailing to prepare spaces for inspection and occupancy Routine cleaning of designated areas Trash removal and liner replacement Floor care including sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning Restroom cleaning and restocking Touchpoint disinfection in high-traffic areas Areas Included: Air hangar interior spaces and designated support areas (Must be good with heights) Parking garage levels, ramps, stairwells, and common areas Associated offices, restrooms, and break areas (if applicable)
Requirements
- Must pass Drug Screen
- Must have a clean CBC
- Must have a clean Driving Record
- MUST HAVE OSHA 10 or WILLING TO TAKE CLASS
