Cleaning Technician (Denver, CO)
About The Position
As a Cleaning Technician, you will ensure that every unit and common areas meets our high standards of cleanliness and care. You will help keep job sites organized, sanitary, and homeowner-ready throughout the project. This position offers hands-on experience, meaningful work, and long-term career growth – ideal for detail-oriented, dependable professionals who would like to establish a career in Cleaning. The Cleaning Technician role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial/construction cleaning
- Read and write English
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Able to lift 20–50 lbs regularly
- 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites located through Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping and post-construction cleaning in occupied residential units and common areas (ex. elevators, recreational rooms, etc.,)
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and remove debris as needed
- Maintain clean, clutter-free, and hazard-free job sites
- Communicate and coordinate with team
- Follow site-specific safety and cleanliness protocols
