Cleaning Technician Position Summary The cleaning and tumbling positions perform the cleaning and tumbling needs for the manufacturing areas. The cleaning and tumbling personnel are required to maintain acceptable cosmetic appearances to the part after their operation is completed. 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to read, comprehend, follow and document work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documents
• Must be comfortable working with chemicals

Nice To Haves

• Blueprint reading ability for notes on cleaning or passivation experience
• Understanding ASTM (American Standard for Testing Materials) specifications
• Previous experience in clean room, tumbling, or related manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Clean/Tumbling precision medical components
• Inspecting products for conformance to print
• Filling out tumbling/cleaning process forms
• Meeting customer delivery schedules
• Filling documents and ensure that transactions being recorded in ERP system.
• Completes all other work duties as assigned
