About The Position

Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC is hiring an experienced Industrial Sanitation Technician / Cleaning Technician to support cleanliness and food safety in our production facility. This role is ideal for candidates with janitorial, industrial cleaning, or food production sanitation experience . You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, sanitary environment by performing deep cleaning, equipment sanitation, and facility cleaning in compliance with GMP, SQF, and OSHA standards .

Requirements

• Previous experience in janitorial services, sanitation, industrial cleaning, or food manufacturing preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical, hands-on cleaning work
• Comfortable with frequent bending, climbing, reaching, and standing
• Ability to work at heights up to 19 feet is a requirement

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cleaning technician duties in production or warehouse environments is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and sanitation chemicals
• Experience working at heights; scissor lift experience/certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning throughout the production facility
• Deep clean and sanitize food production equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, and overhead structures
• Clean rafters, ductwork, piping, and other hard-to-reach areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and floor scrubbers
• Perform high-level cleaning using ladders, lifts, or scaffolding
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and SQF sanitation procedures
• Complete sanitation logs, cleaning records, and documentation accurately
• Support facility-wide cleanliness and assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed
