About The Position
The Cleaning Technician position will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following: Trash and waste disposal and re-line trash bins as needed. Clean interior and exterior building entrance areas. Dust and wipe railings, door handles, tables, furniture, partitions, walls, etc. Clean glass cases, mirrors, and windows. Disinfect all touch points throughout the facility. Vacuum, clean, shampoo carpeted areas. Sweep and mop hard surface flooring. Clean and vacuum elevator and tracks. Replenish bathroom supplies such as toilet tissue, seat covers, paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer, etc. Polish chrome and stainless-steel fixtures and touch points. Deep clean bathrooms, café, and other public areas. Maintain equipment and storage areas in good working conditions. Respond to spills or other hazards that may cause injuries to people or property. Additional duties or projects as assigned.
