Light routine. Supportive management. Position Summary: City Wide Jani Inc. is hiring very part-time custodians for evening shifts at a medical facility in Champaign, Illinois. While the hours are short, the work is meaningful — ensuring a clean, safe environment for patients and staff. Shift: Monday through Friday Hours: Start time between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM Shift Length: Approx. 2 hours per evening Weekly Hours: About 10 hours/week Occasional weekends may be required

Requirements

Available after 6:00 PM
1–2 years of custodial experience preferred
Able to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs
Comfortable working with cleaning products and following safety protocols
Must pass a background check and drug test
Vehicle preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Clean and sterilize restrooms, exam rooms, offices, waiting areas, and kitchen/breakroom
Empty all trash receptacles
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
Disinfect high-touch surfaces to reduce bacteria and germs
Maintain grounds and entrances
Report any equipment needs or issues to supervisor
Secure building and set alarm at end of shift
Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
