About The Position

Ensure quality cleaning services by utilizing supplies, equipment, and staff to perform a variety of cleaning tasks; providing direction, guidance and support to employees; performing quality control functions. Maintain positive relationship with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Lead, direct, and supervise the work of others.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year commercial cleaning experience
• Experience operating and maintaining commercial power cleaning equipment
• Valid New York State driver’s license that meets the Agency’s driving policy
• Ability to provide effective group and individual instruction through effective communication
• Ability to perform physical aspects of position including lifting 25lbs
• Ability to safety operate commercial power cleaning equipment
• Ability to be a team player

Nice To Haves

• 4 years commercial cleaning experience
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
