Clean Team Inc is looking for a reliable and adaptable Cleaning Support Technician to oversee evening operations across several client facilities in the Evansville area. The Cleaning Support Technician serves as a mobile site leader responsible for supervising nightly cleaning operations at multiple locations. You will help guide team members, maintain cleaning standards, and act as a communication link between staff and management. This position requires regular travel between sites, and mileage reimbursement is included.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Must be at least 18 years old
Professional attitude and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Oversee and assist cleaning teams at various client facilities
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company and client expectations
Train new team members and support ongoing staff development
Monitor labor hours and manage supply usage efficiently
Deliver cleaning products and maintain inventory levels at each site
Communicate regularly with management regarding updates, concerns, or improvements
Adjust nightly priorities based on staffing and client needs
