About The Position

High End Cleaning LLC, a leader in providing top-notch cleaning services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing company known for its exceptional service standards. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the cleanliness and organization standards of our clients’ properties. This is a part-time position based on-site, as the nature of the job requires hands-on supervision and interaction with both staff and clients. Being physically present at various cleaning locations is essential for effective leadership and team management. Please note that this position is not a remote job and requires the supervisor to be actively involved in all aspects of the operational process onsite.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in the cleaning industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with an ability to oversee and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle schedules and multiple tasks with proactive planning.
Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of cleaning processes.
A positive attitude, with an ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and manage hands-on tasks as required.
Readiness to work in varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the business operations.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience in implementing and managing house staging setups is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff.
Ensure all cleaning assignments are executed to the highest standards and completed within the scheduled time frame.
Implement and monitor cleaning protocols and standards to uphold quality and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance specifications.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the team has the necessary equipment and materials to perform their duties efficiently.
Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and support to all team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Prepare work schedules and adjust assignments based on staff availability and client demands.
Handle client queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
Report and document operational issues and maintenance needs.
Lead by example, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while enhancing team morale and cohesiveness.
