Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.
• Comfortable working in high-energy, fast-paced environments with large crowds and loud music outdoors.
• Experience working at outdoor facilities preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in janitorial or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms.
• Keep all guest-facing areas free of trash.
• Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Distribute trash bins before events, replace trash liners during events, and remove trash bins after an event.
• Follow Cleaning Check list as assigned by venue management.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment, and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Participate in the venue's sustainability program, which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste.
• Collect recycling items and trash before, during, and after the show to guarantee the cleanliness of the venue.
• Stock all necessary items before guests enter the venue.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair.
• Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night.
• Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Be responsible for assigned area/zone during shift, which includes backstage, seating area, plazas, restrooms, VIP Club, parking lots, and any other exterior areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
