Duties And Responsibilities: Maintains overall responsibility for all aspects of cleaning services in a single or group of accounts. Performs customer services duties, and handles all client requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction. Performs regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met. Corrects deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary. Applies all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Must possess comprehensive knowledge of janitorial operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must speak, read, and write at least 80% English. Must have the ability to clearly communicate effectively and tactfully with customers, subordinates and management of all levels within the organization. Must be responsible and have the ability to motivate workers. Ability to prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects. Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities. Basic knowledge in maintenance. Pay Rate depends on skills presented. Physical Demands: Up to 100% walking and standing. Constant pushing, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, and reaching forward.
