We are excited to announce the launch of our new residential and commercial cleaning division, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. While this role is primarily focused on maintenance cleaning, we are a disaster restoration company at our core. Requirements
- Reliable, detail-focused, and committed to high standards of cleanliness
- Willing to support disaster restoration work when needed
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation in the last 3 years and no at-fault accidents in the last 5 years
- Must be insurable under company policy
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality cleaning services in residential homes and commercial office spaces
- Perform duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies, equipment, and company vehicles
- Assist with property restoration cleaning (water, mold, and fire damage) during high-demand periods (with full training provided)
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent PuroClean of Burlington with professionalism
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members
