Maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentability of 3rd floor administrative and clinical spaces, working primarily during business hours to handle high-traffic areas. Key responsibilities include cleaning kitchen, lobby, conference rooms and hallways removing trash, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning spills, and performing light, spot-cleaning tasks like wiping surfaces and tidying common areas. Also, conducts light maintenance and cleaning of outside walkways and parking areas.
