Requirements The Cleaning Personnel / Housekeeping / Environmental Services Technician is responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the Clinic on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

1 year experience in a similar role

Nice To Haves

Spanish Speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

Empties regular waste and Bio-Waste receptacles and takes the trash to the designated area.
Disinfects common area and high touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, drinking fountains
Cleans and sanitizes clean chairs, tables, check-in device, countertops, sinks, exterior of refrigerators, water coolers, exterior of cabinets, chairs, and tables
Cleans and sanitizes all restroom fixtures, clean mirrors, partitions walls, wipe all counters
Spot cleans walls, light switches, glass, and doors
Dusts low areas and high areas which are within normal reach
Dustmops all hard surface floors with treated dust mop
Wet mops entire areas as needed
Perimeter sweeps for trash pick up
Restocks consumable supplies
Maintains cleaning supplies stock and requests weekly replenishment orders
Monitors, reports, and documents quality of 3rd party custodial support vendors
Other duties as assigned
