Responsibilities: Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients Assist the Studio Management in daily studio tasks and projects Acts as cleaning team “supervisor” to his/her studio cleaning staff, ensures that alltasks are completed; Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative; offering guidance, support, and issue resolution to fellow team members. Communicate all policies, updates, and expectations from the Studio Management to the cleaning team. Assist Studio Management with hiring, training, and ongoing performance reviews of cleaning team members. Provide support to the SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process. Work as a cohesive team with all SoulCycle staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the studio crew and cleaning teams Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture Cleaning & Facility Maintenance ●Communicates any/all facility issues to the Studio Management ●Studio cleaning and prepping, including cleaning of exercise equipment (bikes, weights), floors and mirrors ●Monitor daily cleaning checklists and ensure completion by team members. ●Keeps Inventory of supplies & detergents and notifies Asst. Studio Manager for ordering ●Oversees weekly announcements on ClippedIn; assists with resolving internal issues ●Monitors laundry operations & communicates to Studio Manager or Asst. Studio Manager when a scheduled laundry pick-up is needed
