About The Position
Perry Homes, a leading home builder in Texas, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Home Cleaners to join our team in Fulshear, TX. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our model and inventory homes, ensuring they are always ready for potential buyers and new residents. As a Home Cleaner, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks that require attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You will work in different locations, which necessitates having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning the interiors of sales models and inventory homes, vacuuming carpets, and spot cleaning surfaces with appropriate solvents. You will also be tasked with cleaning mirrors, tile, glass, and marble surfaces using the correct cleaning materials to ensure a pristine appearance. Additionally, you will prepare inventory homes for immediate move-in by performing thorough cleaning and completing miscellaneous cleaning assignments as needed. The role may require you to handle projects with short notice and under tight time constraints, so flexibility and time management skills are essential.
