Provide program coordination of all aspects involved with Janitorial Services. This is to include but not limited to: on-going job site training and supervision of cleaners, ensuring that internal and external sites are cleaned in a timely and thorough manner and provide transportation of staff to various sites if needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizes daily transportation to and from worksites as outlined in site cleaning schedule. Performs all cleaning tasks specific to the site, working alongside the team. Effectively secures the safety of each site after the shift. Coordinates the schedule of all staff directly providing the cleaning service. Ensures that quality work is maintained at each site. Completes paperwork that is assigned promptly and accurately as it relates to janitorial services. Monitor the work performance of cleaners and provide coaching and feedback to further develop employees. Collaborate and communicate with other departments and points of contact including external customers, Supported Employment and Day Services. Address internal/external customer concerns as needed. Meets and maintains approved drivers status and provides transportation. Responsible for recognizing maintenance issues and reporting issues to management. Ensures health, safety and well being of people and site. Completion of cleaning checklists. Communicate with site point of contact any issues with equipment. Responsible to communicate supply/inventory needs to the site point of contact. Complies with all agency policies and procedures. Maintains compliance with all required trainings. Performs other duties as assigned.
