About The Position

Clean common area hallways, stairwells, and lobby
Vacuum and mop floors
Take out trash + replace liners
Wipe high-touch surfaces (handles, doors, etc.)
Follow a checklist + upload photos after completion
Pickup trash outdoors
Roll Dumpsters outside and inside property
Flag any maintenance or safety issues

Requirements

• Able to lift 30 lbs
• Valid Drivers License
• Detail-oriented — you don’t cut corners
• Show up on time, every time
• Comfortable using smartphone (for clock-ins, checklists, photos)
