About The Position

Responsible to perform general inspection, cleaning, and stocking supplies in all common areas inside of assigned building/property. This role involves responding to building requests, maintaining cleanliness in lobby areas, inspecting and cleaning restrooms while restocking supplies, and reporting any issues such as stained ceiling tiles, roof leaks, or other maintenance problems to the management office. The Cleaner will also check in with the management office for work orders and report any cleaning inadequacies.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Some cleaning experience
• Basic mechanical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Respond to building requests as instructed

• Inspect restrooms and clean as necessary, re-stock paper products accordingly
