About The Position
For over forty years, Maintenance, Inc. & Subsidiaries has developed and refined our procedures to provide the finest in personalized, professional cleaning while serving as stewards for your janitorial dollars. www.maintenanceinc.net A Cleaning person is needed 35 to 40 hours a week $16.00 per hour !!!!!!!! Must have reliable transportation, and person must have proper documents that allow you to work legally per State and Federal guidelines. As the cleaning person you will be responsible for performing duties such as dusting, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, store cleanings and garage cleanings. Other duties as assigned The person will be trained on use of the auto scrubber and leaf blowers. The Schedule is 7 to 8 hours per shift, 35 to 40 hours per week starting as early as 6 am or ending as late as 7 pm each day. Schedule will be made with account manager on which days of service the work will be performed. The week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday. Pay is direct deposit weekly Physical Requirements: Bending, Pulling, Side-to-side motion, Sight, Pushing Repetitive Motion, Mobility and ability to lift to 50 lbs. The duties and responsibilities of this job may be changed and / or additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, at MFI S discretion. The Company's policy requiring regular attendance at work also applies to this job position.
