About The Position

If you enjoy staying active, keeping spaces clean, and take pride in your work, this role is a great fit. This is a hands-on cleaning position where you’ll be moving throughout your shift, maintaining offices and common areas to ensure a clean, safe environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting daily operations at a high-security aerospace site by creating clean, comfortable spaces for employees. Your attention to detail and consistency will make a direct impact every day.

Requirements

Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently and stay on task throughout the shift.
All employees must be U.S. Citizens and must successfully complete and clear a background check for employment and site badging.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned office and common areas, including dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing fingerprints from doors and fixtures.
Empty, clean, and replace liners in trash and recycling receptacles; transport waste to designated areas.
Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep or dust-mop hard floors and damp-mop spills as needed.
Clean and maintain restrooms as assigned or when covering call-offs.
Keep janitor closets clean, stocked, and organized.
Inspect work areas during and after cleaning to ensure they meet site procedures and Servicon standards.
Follow all safety procedures and participate in required training; perform additional tasks as assigned.
