Rate: Based on Experience.
Hours: 32 hours weekly - Flexible during business hours.

Requirements

• Prior residential cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Customer service.
• Cleans and all common areas as scheduled by supervisor.
• Cleans vacant apartments as scheduled by supervisor.
• Removes garbage from trash receptacles, ash trays and ash cans daily.
• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
