About The Position
AHI Facility Services strives to provide cost-effective world class integrated facility services to commercial building owners and/or managers nationwide, while simultaneously providing their employees, tenants and visitors a clean environment in which to work, office and visit. AHI Facility Services se esfuerza por brindar servicios de instalaciones integrados de clase mundial a propietarios de edificios comerciales y / o gerentes a nivel nacional, al mismo tiempo que provee a sus empleados, inquilinos y visitantes un ambiente limpio donde trabajar, y visitar. General Cleaner/Custodian Manual labor: Cafeteria duty, heavy lifting at times, trash removal, vacuuming, cleaning large work areas, classrooms, disinfecting tables/desks, sweeping, dusting and mopping every day is a requirement. Restrooms cleaned nightly as well. Has to pass inspection daily. Full Time: 7- & 8- hours daily M-F Part Time: 4,5- & 6-hours daily M-F I9 documents: Current DL license ( non expired ) and Social Security card are required and must be presented before the hiring process can begin.
