Requirements
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, supply closet, lobby, medical center, fitness center.
- Routine building cleaning
- Restroom cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
- Sanitizing surfaces
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming/Dusting
- Stocking supply rooms
