Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the common areas including but not limited to: Hallways, Entry Doors and Windows, Recreation/Community Room, Fitness Center, and Elevator.
• Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month).
• Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention
