About The Position

This is a hands-on cleaning position where you’ll be moving throughout the day, tidying offices, vacuuming, emptying trash, and helping maintain a clean, safe environment at our El Segundo aerospace site. You’ll help keep things running smoothly by creating clean, comfortable spaces for the teams working on-site — and you’ll see the impact of your work right away. No two days feel exactly the same, and your reliability, attention to detail in easy to miss areas, and positive attitude will be valued from day one.

Requirements

Proficient verbal/written communication skills (Spanish a plus)
Able to time manage tasks to ensure all tasks are completed in the allotted time outlined by Ops management
Successfully clear background check (Including badging)
Must be U.S Person (as outlined above)
1 - 2 years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Clean assigned office and common areas, including dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing fingerprints from doors and fixtures.
Empty, clean, and replace liners in waste and recycling receptacles; transport trash to designated areas.
Vacuum carpets and rugs in offices, hallways, and lobbies; sweep or dust-mop hard floors and damp-mop spills as needed.
Clean and maintain restrooms when covering call-offs or staffing needs.
Keep janitor closets clean, stocked, and organized.
Inspect work areas during and after cleaning to ensure they meet site procedures and Servicon standards.
