About The Position

A cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning, including cleaning all common areas, bathrooms, entrances, elevators, hallways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, water fountains, trash, dusting, polishing, and other assigned items/areas. Multiple shifts are available, as well as full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation to and from work sites
Must be willing to work assigned hours
Able to perform the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

Responsible for all basic cleaning
Clean, disinfect, and restock bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly
Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Perform additional duties as needed, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and cleaning tasks related to trash and bathrooms
