Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks requiring light, medium, and heavy physical effort.
• Pick up and remove hazardous articles from floors, furniture, and equipment.
• Move furniture and equipment as part of cleaning duties.
• Use mops, brushes, detergents, buffers, and floor scrubbers to clean floors, corridors, and stairwells.
• Wash walls, partitions, and windows from the inside of the building.
• Strip, vacuum, and wax floors and shampoo carpets using manual and mechanical equipment.
• Scrub and clean lavatories using hand-operated equipment and detergent.
• Dust assigned areas using hand-dusting equipment.
